I make my own book trailers using the following media and software:
Video Editing: Windows Live Movie Maker (Freeware, already included on most PCs by default.)/iMovie (Freeware, already included on most Macs by default.)
Still Image Editing: Photoshop (Gimp freeware will work just as well for PC/Mac.)
Audio Editing: Audacity (Freeware for PC/Mac.)
Video Stock: Video Hive (Paid and affordable royalty-free licensing.)
Still Image Stock: stock.xchng, Pexels (Free, royalty-free licensing.)
Music: Soundsnap, AudioJungle (Paid and affordable royalty-free licensing.)
